We understand that sometimes, what you receive isn’t exactly what you expected, and we are committed to resolving such issues for you. Please find our return and exchange policy below

• If you receive a product that is defective or not functioning as advertised, please contact us immediately for assistance. Faulty products can be returned within a 7-working day period following receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging with all accompanying accessories.

• Exchanges are subject to availability. If you wish to exchange an item for a different colour, size, or product, please fill the form. Once we receive your details, a replacement will be created. A courier rider will take the current product from you & deliver the new one. Replacement deliveries are charged at around Rs. 350. The charge is purely to cover the courier charges for the 2 way delivery.
